Conturs Privacy Policy

1. Introduction
Conturs ("we", "us") provides a Similarity Signal Layer for B2B teams. This policy explains how we handle Personal Data when you use our website and service.
2. Roles
Data Controller: We are the controller of your account info (name, email).
Data Processor: We are the processor of the data you upload from your CRM for scoring purposes.
3. Categories of Data Collected
Account Information: Name, business email, job title, and billingaddress.
Customer Metadata: Firmographic data (industry, revenue, headcount)
and contact metadata needed for similarity matching.
Usage Data: IP addresses, logs, and API performance metrics.
4. How We Use Data
We process data to:
Calculate similarity scores and ICP matching.
Provide technical support and billing.
Improve our internal algorithms (using anonymized, aggregated data only). We do not use your data to train third-party AI models.
5. Data Transfers and Sub-processors
We use Amazon Web Services (AWS) for hosting. Data is stored in secure regions (EU/US). We ensure all sub-processors provide a high level of data protection via Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) where applicable.
6. Data Security
We implement SOC2-aligned security practices, including:
Encryption of data at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+).
Strict access controls and regular security audits.
7. Your Rights (GDPR/CCPA)

We retain account data as long as the subscription is active. CRM metadata processed for signals is deleted or anonymized upon termination of the service or at the end of a refresh cycle.
