Lead Scoring in Google Sheets
Score your prospect lists directly in a spreadsheet. Paste leads, get scores with explanations — no CRM, no code, no setup.
For:
Consultants, Small Sales Teams, Freelance SDRs, Agencies
Not Everyone Lives in a CRM
You have a list of 500 prospects from a conference. Or a CSV export from LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Or a spreadsheet your marketing team put together from a webinar. You need to figure out which ones to call first.
You could import everything into a CRM, set up scoring rules, and wait. Or you could paste your list into Google Sheets and have scores in minutes.
How Spreadsheet Scoring Works
Step 1: Open the Conturs Sheets Add-on
Install the Conturs add-on from the Google Workspace Marketplace. Connect it to your Conturs account with one click.
Step 2: Paste Your Data
Your spreadsheet needs one column with a company identifier: domain, email address, LinkedIn URL, or company name. That is the only requirement. Additional columns (title, industry, size) are optional but improve accuracy.
Step 3: Run Scoring
Select your data range and click Score. Conturs processes each row and adds new columns: Score (0-100), Grade (A-F), Top Factors, and Similar Customers. The scoring runs in the background — you can keep working while it processes.
Step 4: Sort and Act
Sort by score descending. Your hottest prospects are at the top. Filter by Grade A to see only the best-fit accounts. Use the Top Factors column to personalize your outreach.
Use Cases for Spreadsheet Scoring
Event Follow-Up
After a conference or webinar, you have hundreds of attendees. Score them before investing in enrichment. Only enrich and pursue Score 60+ leads. Save 60-80% on enrichment costs and focus your follow-up time on best-fit attendees.
Prospect List Qualification
Your team built a target account list of 1,000 companies. Before assigning to SDRs, run it through Conturs in Sheets. Distribute only the top-scoring accounts. Lower-scoring accounts go to automated nurture.
Agency Client Work
You are an agency running outbound campaigns for clients. Score their prospect lists before launching campaigns. Higher-scoring lists mean better campaign performance and happier clients.
Quick Validation
Your CEO suggests targeting a new vertical. Pull 100 companies from that vertical into a spreadsheet, score them against your existing customer base. If average scores are low, the vertical is probably not a fit. Data-driven decision in 10 minutes.
What You See in the Spreadsheet
After scoring, your spreadsheet gets four new columns:
Conturs Score — 0-100 similarity score. Higher means stronger match to your best customers.
Grade — A through F letter grade for quick visual scanning.
Top Factors — The 3 strongest matching attributes (e.g., "Series B, 120 employees, SaaS").
Similar To — The name of the most similar existing customer.
Advantages Over CRM Scoring
No CRM needed — works with any data source that can be pasted into a spreadsheet
Instant setup — no integration, no admin, no IT involvement
Collaborative — share scored sheets with your team via standard Google Sheets sharing
Flexible — score any list from any source: CSV exports, conference lists, LinkedIn exports, manual research
Cost-effective — score first, enrich later. Only spend enrichment budget on high-fit leads.
Pricing
Spreadsheet scoring uses your existing Conturs plan. Each scored row counts as one record against your monthly limit. Free tier includes 30 scored records — enough to test with a small list before upgrading.
